- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each vacation is carefully curated, and will be different pricing for each client based on the resort, airfare, cruise package, etc chosen after an initial consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you reach out to us, we will send you a client request form where you fill out your contact info, vacation needs and wants, budget, total travelers, etc. We will review the document and contact you shortly after to discuss your dream vacation further!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hours upon hours of training for multiple destinations.
