I made the call about 10am for a water heater leakage. I received a call to say a technician will be there 2-4. Hunter got here by 3:30, and was out by 4:15. Great neat job, new water heater installed. He patiently answered all my questions. They were polite and respectful. If only every service provider was this awesome.
