David Nach says, "I had an issue with my natural gas tankless water heater. It would shut off after about 5 minutes of use, and an error code would pop up on the digital panel at the front of the machine. I had asked a previous plumber from a different company who was working on an unrelated issue in my home if he could help diagnose the issue with my water heater. He explained that he knew nothing about tankless heaters, and he wouldn't even know where to begin. Obviously, I was going to have to look elsewhere. I used to Google to locate a local company that had plumbers who had the skill set to repair tankless heaters. Rite Way came up instantly, and as you can see, the reviews are amazing.The dispatcher was able to make an immediate appointment. The Rite Way plumber was extremely thorough and professional. I was in contact via text messsage from the very beginning. I knew who was coming and exactly when he would arrive. The problem was diagnosed and addressed perfectly.
