Hector was amazing!! We had kind of an unusual request and were having a hard time finding someone to cater the event for us. Hector took the job and was great! The food was great and he has the patience of a saint. We were originally supposed to meet up with him at 11:30/12 but had a few snafus along the way and was not able to meet up with him until 3/330. When we finally made it to the meeting point for our lunch cater on the bank of the Salt River Hector was in great spirits and the food was still excellent! Thank you so much for everything Hector and I apologize for the time issue.
