My tankless water heater stopped working suddenly and Derek was able to come out the same day! He did a thorough inspection before giving me the news, that I needed to replace my water heater. He showed me all of the damage to one I had. Later that day I received options with all of the information I needed to make an educated decision on my replacement. It was installed within a couple of days and he did an amazing, quality job! Hallelujah hot showers! 10/10 would recommend!

Derek saved us tonight by coming in to fix our thermostat on a cold, snowy day. I tried to install a Nest thermostat earlier and failed miserably, and then when I tried to rewire my old thermostat I couldn’t get the heat on. He came over and was able to get the Nest hooked up and I’m soooo happy!!

I have been in the field since 2010. I have taken apprenticeship courses and have worked diligently next to a master HVAC mechanic.
