Adrian and team were a pleasure to work with! Adrian responded to all my inquiries in a timely manner and followed through on all agreed upon asks. Him and his team worked extremely hard and efficiently. I reached out to Adrian with 2D plans already in hand and some ideas about its details, and he was able to work with me on the materials to fit my budget. The work consisted of demo-ing the front and back yards (~2000-3000 sq ft total), installing ~ 40 tons of various landscaping rock, planting ~16 small plants and 2 24-gal trees, concrete curbing, and drip irrigation in the front and back yards. Even when there was a slight miscommunication and the wrong landscaping rock was delivered, Adrian took accountability and acted quickly to correct the mistake. Project managing never proceeds perfectly - the way he responded to the situation greatly impressed me and put my mind at ease. Adrian and team transformed what was a very overgrown, hopeless yard to a beautiful space with room for growth. I can't thank him enough for transforming what I dreaded coming home to every day for a year into a space where I finally feel at home.
