The grout coloring was terrible! Some areas are dark while others are super light. They missed certain sections due to not moving the furniture all the way, now I have to purposely keep furniture over the mishap. It is very inconsistent and frustrating.

** Update- The Grout Guys came back to address the issues from the previous cleaning/coloring. The grout looks so much better now. Everything looks cohesive and well done. He even spot cleaned some of the hard to clean areas. I feel much better about my floors.

Andrew was great. He immediately went to work on our front entrance grout, meticulously took out the old, dirty and crumbling grout and put fresh grout in. Very professional and very easy to work with. Pricing was quite fair too.

He made sure everything was done right and to our satisfaction. We do intend to have him come back to "clean" our front kitchen and bathroom tiles in the near future.
