Rob was awesome. He was very prompt with communication back and forth. I liked that we could just text. He set a time very quickly after we first discussed cost and was very punctual. I had purchased the grout and apparently whatever I got wasn't great quality and started chipping a couple weeks after he came to do the job. As soon as I text him he offered to come back out and fix it and even brought the right kind of grout at no cost to me. Very nice guy and amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend him and use him again for any future projects.

I've hired Surface Professionals LLC for multiple tile jobs at my house and would recommend them 100%! Pricing has always been fair (quite honestly better than most) and the quality of work is AAA+.
