- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I initially set up a phone or in person consultation to determine if we are the right fit. I give the couple time to consider whether they want to work with me. Once they deicide to move forward. I send a contract for them to review. Most contact and discussion is through email unless phone or in person is needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with people for over 25 years in many environments. I am comfortable talking with all types of people. I have a graduate degree in counseling and psychology.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What type of ceremony do they want? Is the officiant needed at the rehearsal? Do they want to create their own vows or do they want suggestions? What would they like the officiant to wear as far as color to coordinate?
