- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You don’t pay for a consultation! Our pricing is based on your goals and concerns. Typically we charge $120/hr in a package of sessions to ensure we cover everything you want to achieve.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We book you a free consultation to meet and listen to your goals for training, we give you a demonstration with one of our dog, then we create a custom lesson plan for you and your family to ensure your success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been in the training-people for over a decade. Much of my job as a dog trainer is teach people how to own a well-behaved dog. I have hundreds of hours in applied dog and people training.
