Maureen Feeney says, "When we contacted Lunaz Tile, they quicklyscheduled a free estimate for a relatively small tile repair project in a recently renovated bathroom. The quoted price was fair. Javier purchased materials and we set up a day for him to come and complete the job within a week. Javier and his team arrived on time and kept our home and their workspace very clean, and they communicated with us about details and our preferences. We were very impressed by the quality of the work. Unfortunately, when his team started the project, they discovered that tile in the bathroom had not been installed correctly by our previous contractor. Javier explained the problem, and helped us to advocate that our previous contractor should re-tile the entire area correctly, even though it meant that Javier and Lunaz didn't end up doing the work or being paid for a larger project. We were so impressed by the integrity and level of professionalism. Javier even checked in with us to make sure that the project got finished. We will be hiring Lunaz Tile for future projects and would not hesitate to refer family and friends."See more

He gave an estimate and I informed him we had already hired someone from thumbtack. unfortunately the other person never showed. I contacted Art and he showed up an hour later. He assessed the tiles needed replaced and informed us we needed a few more tiles repaired to properly fix the area and adjusted his estimate price. His price was completely reasonable. He then completed the project in both areas in a few short hours. Everything looked great, we assessed he work after the tiles completely dried and could be walked on. Glad to say they looked great and have had no issues. Will definitely call Art again if needed he did great job and was very pleasant and professional to work with.
