He suggested a thoroughly reasonable price that we agreed to. He showed up the next Monday morning with all the supplies he needed to complete the task (dry wall, mud, tools, fans, vacuum, brushes, etc ...) and even insulation. While he was here, I asked him about two stones that had come loose from the external facade of my house, and he said he could take care of those. I tried to give him extra money for fixing the stones, and he handed it back to me saying "No - this I do for you." He didn't even count the money I gave him.
