FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I think there is a misconception about what customers are paying for when they hire a pro. They aren't paying for just his time. They are paying for his knowledge as well which explains the old saying " You get what you pay for".
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our office will reach out and talk with the customer about their project. If we aren't able to provide an estimate over the phone, a site visit will be scheduled to get more details so we can provide an accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I closed off the garage on my home and turned it into a master suite myself. I was a factory certified technician with Sub Zero/Wolf for almost 23 years.
