Great experience. Customer service is better than ever expected. We had some tiles that we defective from the factory and got installed. Alan was great and had them replaced. He returned to the house several times to check on the re-install. I would highly recommend this place over any large tile store. We are more than happy with the job. Thank you.

FCI Mesa recently removed our old carpet and installed new carpet in two rooms of our house. We were thrilled with the experience, Alan and his team were responsive and on top of the entire process. They were very flexible and allowed us to take samples home, returned our calls promptly, and made the entire buying, installation, and follow-up very seamless and easy. If you need new carpet, forget the rest and call Alan at Floor Coverings Intl in Mesa, you wont regret your decision.

Alan showed up to see the install and make a promo video, so my new flooring is a star! And Noelle, besides previous visits, showed up to ensure the install was done to my satisfaction, and even helped move furniture back as I was partially laid up. It was amazing to see the two installers do everything in 6 hours or less, it was a lot of work

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is all inclusive of every aspect of your project. We have a large selection of products and manufacturers at a range of price points so that we can design a project within your budget. Our design associates are well trained in measuring and estimating and will be able to quote your project immediately. We always offer our best, all inclusive pricing without a need for calls back to "the office" or a "today only offer."
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with an in-home consultation. Book an appointment, and we will handle the rest. Appointments can last from 30 min to 2 hours depending on how you like to shop. We will stay with you as long as you need to find a product that you love. Once we find the customized flooring solution that works for you, we agree to cash or payment terms and schedule your install. Typically, your project can be completed in under 2 weeks from the initial appointment.
