There are few times in my life when I feel the need, or have the time, to write a really good review on someone. Kris at Floor Coverings international is worth this review and she is amazing!!! Her crew did an exceptional job and she went above and beyond to make sure I was always informed and I got everything I wanted. She did about 400 sq feet of floor tile and constructed 2 custom tiled showers for us. Having never gone through any construction before, I was weary of people taking advantage of us. Kris did a great job of walking us through the whole process, making sure I understood all the details and laid out every price detail before we started - and when finished, she didn’t ask me for one penny more. She gave me an unbelievable price, did an amazing job on the work, and gave exceptional customer service. You will not be disappointed if you choose her to get the work you need done, she is the hardest working woman and honestly I was sad when the job was completed because she was such a pleasure to work with. Thanks Kris!!

Kris and her team arrived on time and completed the project ahead of schedule. The tile installers were the hardest workers we’ve encountered in a long time. Laughing and not complaining. They all seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Great personalities and very personable. Definitely would recommend! If I could give them more than 5 stars I certainly would.

Great experience. Customer service is better than ever expected. We had some tiles that we defective from the factory and got installed. Alan was great and had them replaced. He returned to the house several times to check on the re-install. I would highly recommend this place over any large tile store. We are more than happy with the job. Thank you.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is all inclusive of every aspect of your project. We have a large selection of products and manufacturers at a range of price points so that we can design a project within your budget. Our design associates are well trained in measuring and estimating and will be able to quote your project immediately. We always offer our best, all inclusive pricing without a need for calls back to "the office" or a "today only offer."
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with an in-home consultation. Book an appointment, and we will handle the rest. Appointments can last from 30 min to 2 hours depending on how you like to shop. We will stay with you as long as you need to find a product that you love. Once we find the customized flooring solution that works for you, we agree to cash or payment terms and schedule your install. Typically, your project can be completed in under 2 weeks from the initial appointment.
