- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is a start point and is negotiable for your needs and budget. I want to be your partner not your burden.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I appreciate a quick conversation prior to meeting, where we discuss the actual needs that you have and pricing, as everything is negotiable. I will arrive at your home at the scheduled time, typically 10 to 15 minutes early to prepare and I will finish the job in the amount of time, possibly sooner, allotted. Then I will follow up with you and ensure that you are completely satisfied with the cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years experience in cleaning. I’ve taken several online courses to keep up with the certification for the OSHA standards, health and safety standards, and standard janitorial/housekeeping practices.
