FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer set pricing for vacant home staging; however, every project is carefully customized to fit your specific staging needs and selling goals. This is especially true for occupied homes, where we stage around existing furnishings. Each quote is tailored accordingly, as there is no one-size-fits-all approach.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether you are a seller or a realtor, we take the time to understand your unique selling situation and goals. After an initial call, we visit the home to gain a clear understanding of the space and determine how to stage it both beautifully and intentionally. Following the house tour, we provide a customized quote along with a clear timeline for the staging process.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
For me (Moe), design has been in my bones since childhood. I grew up moving from one home to another, watching my mom not only design beautiful spaces but also thoughtfully stage them to sell. She had been on both sides of the buying and selling process more times than I could count, so she knew just how to make each home feel special. From my vantage point on the sidelines, I witnessed the ups, the downs, and everything in between that comes with moving. It gave me an appreciation for how much heart and effort goes into creating (and leaving) a home. Somewhere in all of that, I “caught” the design bug. As a kid, I’d take my blank bedroom and dream up how to turn it into my own little haven. Before long, I was venturing into the rest of the house, and my mom (bless her) let me take the reins. Through plenty of trial and error (and more paint colors than I care to admit), I taught myself how to design spaces that not only look beautiful but also make sense for the people living in them.
