- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free estimate at the customer's convenience. Our process begins with an onsite assessment to evaluate the necessary work. Typically, we will follow up later in the afternoon with pricing information and to discuss availability. Communication can occur through Thumbtack, text, or phone calls.
