- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will make contact with a customer and go over an inventory list of items to be moved. We would agree on a time, date, & price. We talk about the minimums and I advise customer about the things they can do to be prepared and save time and money. We show up and Get it done!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained to move items of all sizes, also keep up on new equipment to ensure safety. I have over 30 years of personal and professional experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always helped friends and family get things moved or cleaned up. The desire to have my own business took over and here we go. I also worked for Diversified Maintenance Systems where I trained and managed over 42 employees to clean and disinfect large retail stores; Kohl's, Macy's, & REI's(and other smaller retail stores like Tiffany & Co.
