- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is not complicated. It is an hourly rate plus $20 cost per self assessment tool and travel cost - all outlined in the quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recently finished my doctoral degree with an emphasis in emotional intelligence - that greatly informed my change-philosophy. I also got certified recently as an Emotional Intelligence Trainer and a Keirsey Temperament Coach.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been in jobs that help people. I discovered almost 30 years ago that I was most effective in life and work if I was a part of a process that helped people change - when they were ready for change. I have have the good fortune to be able to work in this area my entire career.
