- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is within the average for our competition. Keep in mind, you get what you pay for. Our prices are manageable for the services being provided. Our employees receive training in order to ensure your move goes smoothly. The wrapping and protection process our movers use for valuables allows customers to relax during the moving process. Prices as listed, includes 2 movers, a truck, and all materials (shrink wrap, dolly, and blankets): $115 an hour 1 hour travel fee
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After finding a customer that is interested I typically give them a call and ask what services they are looking for. After gaining insight on what the customer is wanting, I will offer a quote for what the move would cost. This includes a travel fee, truck rental and employee compensation. After asking if the customer is interested, I then move forward with the scheduling process. I ask the customer if there is anything we can do in order to make the process run smoothly or any special requests they may have. After scheduling the move, the customer will receive a reminder text the day before and a call 2-4 hours before the move to confirm address and time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in business which has allowed me to peruse entrepreneurship within the moving industry. Each of our employees have been trained by me and my businesses partner, which have collectively worked over 20 years in the moving business. We train on wrapping furniture and valuables, using blankets between furniture, and organization and strapping techniques to ensure the customers belongings are safe during transportation. Our movers also have a commercials driving license to safely maneuver the trucks. The employees have been through various trainings in regard to body mechanics during heavy lifting in order to promote safe transfer of your items.
