Frankly there isn't really any improvement, this company is a mess. First I was given a two hour window for arrival and they said they would call when they were 30 minutes out - I had to call them an hour after the original window started to see where they were. At that point they informed me that it would probably be later, closer to two hours from them. Ok, no problem, I'm a patient person. I should have known it was going to be all down hill from there. My arrival window was supposed to be between 2pm and 4 pm. At 6:30 pm after literally blowing their phone up for an hour, they tell me they can't get a truck. Cool, great, so I had to rent my own uhaul and pay for that up front - but he says "no worries, I'll refund you". I didn't get moved into my location until after 10:30pm at night and these kid still had the nerve to ask me for more payment after the deposit. AND on top of that had the nerve to ask me to drive him back to his vehicle at the original location like it was my fault that they couldn't get their sh*t together in the first place. I literally paid to uber this kid because I was so over dealing with them. Stupidly, I wanted to believe that he would follow through with the refund once I got the uhaul receipt like he said. Not only did he never respond again after sending the documentation to him - he denied my refund requests and blocked me. Do yourself a favor, don't use these guys. They are unprofessional, they don't communicate at all, when they do communicate they lie, and they will overcharge you. You're better off doing it alone than calling them.

DO NOT USE. They make you Zelle them a large deposit to schedule a move. The day of the scheduled move they contacted me and said one of the movers were hurt in route. Said they would refund my deposit of $150. They never did. And all forms of contact I tried to make, they would never get back to me.

My family and I just moved out of a 4bedroom and they finished way faster then we expected and set up all are rooms so all we had to so was unpack the boxes. they really made this move stress free. i would hire them again & again
