- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is structured based on the duration and frequency of coaching sessions. We offer several packages to accommodate different needs and budgets, including discounts for long-term commitments. Additional fees may apply for specialized services or extra sessions. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an initial consultation to understand your goals and challenges. We then create a customized coaching plan tailored to your needs. Regular sessions are scheduled to track progress and adjust strategies as necessary. Between sessions, you can reach out for support and updates through our online portal. For fitness and golf fitness clients, we include an initial assessment to tailor fitness plans specifically to your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified High Performance Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Golf Fitness Instructor, and Certified StickMobility Instructor. I have extensive training in health/fitness/wellness practices, personal development, productivity, and leadership strategies. Additionally, I am certified in fitness and golf fitness training, allowing me to provide specialized programs to improve overall fitness and enhance golf performance. I have completed courses and certifications in coaching, psychology, business management, and fitness training.
