I Decide to try a Rental Agency for my home and was referred to Rentals America by my Niece. From the onset everyone was fantastic over there and helped get the process going in a smooth transition..Lorrie Baker Was my manager and was very pleasant to talk with. She helped me to understand there system.I was given Nancy Viramontez as my manager and rep. Nancy was very upbeat and professional. she helped to get everything in order.She made a comprehensive report of my property. I was able to review and go over anything that needed to be updated etc.Nancy walked me through the setup of my portal (A a few times). She is patient and responsible. I had repairs done and a renter within a few weeks!I would recommend Nancy Viramontez for anyone who is looking to rent out their property. Lots of love for you Nancy! Thanks again for all your hard work!

I am a seasoned real estate investor with four properties in AZ. Prior to finding Rentals America, managing them was stressful at best, and all ended in disasters. One prior company even went bankrupt and I had to have the properties re-keyed! When I finally found Rentals America, property management instantly became a positive experience! Not to mention, one that I really don't have to think about anymore.

Upon taking over my properties, they quickly and efficiently powered through all the back maintenance requests that needed to be done, and as the bad tenants that I inherited either from the old management company or from a recent purchase filtered out, they advised me and then rapidly completed any deferred maintenance issues and capital upgrades that needed to be done.

Then, and perhaps most importantly - they placed high quality tenants who ALWAYS pay on time and most who stay for multiple years. My vacancy rate with them has been so low, that it's almost no longer a factor in my projections.

I have now been with Rentals America for over 5 years and highly recommend them. They place high quality tenants, listen and cater to owners, and genuinely care about their jobs.

The president and CEO Luc Marceau has been a wonderful sounding board of advice over the years, especially on market and area considerations, which has been invaluable when we look at / think about acquiring new properties. He is even a licensed broker and has a fantastic real estate agent (Ben Scheier) who works with him who has helped me acquire some great properties.

In addition, my currently assigned property manager Andrea not only expertly does what a property manager should do (repairs, comp advice for rent rates, etc) but she also deftly navigates the tricky liability line in making sure she contacts me at the correct email address for properties that are in different ownership structures and even works over holiday weekends when properties are vacant if a good tenant prospect comes through. This is just one of the many reasons my vacancy rate has been so low.

Finally, my tenants have NEVER complained about their managers - and paying/receiving rents has been positive for both sides with direct debit and direct deposit options and a great online account management tool.

All in all, as a real estate investor I can tell you that they are unparalleled at what they do. It makes me wish they were in more states than just AZ.

I have only been with Rentals America for a short time, but already I have found them to be so far above the other Property Management companies I have used in the past that the difference is like night and day. They manage my properties, with care and an eye on the bottom line, like I would do it if I had the time. I wish I would have found them years ago! Also, just a quick word about my Property Manager, Dee Madrigal, she is the best ever.

Owning rental property in another state can be challenging and it was until we found Rentals America. Luc Marceau and his team are phenomenal, handling all our property needs. Our rental never sat vacant and was never neglected during the entire time that Rentals America managed it. Luc always made himself available and took time to speak with me on any questions or concerns I had. Rentals America cares about your property and they have a network of fair and competent contractors to handle any problems that could arise. The online access to all statements is a great feature to managing your property, making transferring funds so easy. I would defiantly recommend Rentals America to anybody looking for an excellent property management company.
