That is DIDN'T need his services. THAT is a rare response in today's world, where everyone is hustling for a buck. I am grateful for Austin taking the time to come out, I am grateful for his free insights (multiple), and I appreciate him being honest about the work parameters needed and my capacity to do them myself.
