MY PROCESS:
Dry-vapor, super-heated steam equipment generates low pressure steam in excess 300-degrees. Imagine dropping water into a pan of 300-degree oil. That's the premise of emulsification of accumulated filth and grime when dry vapor blasts recessed grout lines. Light agitation with a stiff nozzle brush dissolves grease, oil and dirt is suspended in condensation on the tile surface that I simply absorb with a cotton towel. The results are amazing! Mine is the only EPA certified, scientifically proven, single-process sanitation, disinfection and cleaning method using water only available locally. Wow!.
