Punctual, professional and reasonably priced. Colton did a beautiful job drilling through the granite countertop and installing my RO system. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about RO and water softener systems, and didn’t mind answering all of my questions while he worked. I will be keeping his number for future plumbing jobs and I would highly recommend his work.

Overall, our experience with Colton was fantastic. He came out for a consultation a few days before installation with no commitment required. We were given our options and he was happy to answer any questions that we had. His prices seemed fair and there was no pressure felt on our end to go with his business. The installation itself also went very well and he explained the process and maintenance required very knowledgeably. We are a couple of weeks out from installation and everything seems to be working well and have noticed great improvement with our hard water. Would highly recommend!!

It was evident that he truly understood the intricacies of the systems and had a deep understanding of their inner workings. Aside from his knowledge, Colton was also incredibly friendly and approachable. He greeted me with a warm smile, and his positive and personable demeanor immediately put me at ease. It's not often that you come across someone in the service industry who genuinely enjoys their work and truly cares about their customers, but his enthusiasm was palpable. What impressed me the most, however, was his transparency. He provided a detailed breakdown of all the costs associated with the installation, leaving no room for surprises or hidden fees. It was evident that he believed in building trust with his customers, and his transparency reassured me that I was making the right choice in hiring him.
