I never stop training. Ever. I'm always learning, always growing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My parents both passed in my early twenties with a laundry list of medical issues. I was raised in steak and potatoes country. We ate fast food nearly every day. Nothing of nutritional value. The more I searched for answers, the more I realized that their deaths were mostly products of their lifestyle. I couldn't save them, but maybe there's a mom or dad, son or daughter out there that I can give more years to.
