Welcome to The Green Kitchen! We are a Phoenix-based private chef and catering company specializing in organic, whole-food cuisine inspired by my travels of the world’s Blue Zones and the Mediterranean regions of Italy and Spain. My cooking is rooted in simple, seasonal ingredients, high-quality proteins, edible flowers, fresh herbs, and scratch-made sauces- food that is both nourishing and deeply flavorful. That's where I fell in love with the art of nourishing people through beautiful, intentional food and creating shared experiences that unite us. That same care lives inside every menu we create. I’m highly detail-oriented, ingredient-driven, and committed to quality. We use organic, thoughtfully sourced ingredients and avoid seed oils, refined sugar, gums, soy, and unnecessary additives whenever possible.
