Everytime Im in AZ, I have to have get my ZALA BBQ fix! While this is Veteran owned and operated, you can taste that the chef is well traveled from the combinations of seasonings, sauces and the way the food is prepared and cooked. They have the absolute BEST Bourbon chicken and tri-tip! Please know that this is not your typical mall bourbon chicken as it is BETTER! The seasonings mixed with a nice char from the grill brings all the flavors together making this a meal you'll want more than once. The tri-tip is also cooked to perfection and it melts in your mouth! The mac salad and mac n cheese and their fried rice is amazing! The sides pairs well with any of their dishes. Great customer service, friendly, welcoming staff makes you feel as if you are family.

OMG, ZALA BBQ is the best I've had in a long time. The food awesome, with alot of flavor. I would say I have a favorite, but I love it all !! Oh yea I almost forgot, they're reasonable too.. Make sure you try ZALA BBQ!!!
