- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided i wanted to get into this field after I was stationed in Iraq for a year and if we needed any tech support we would have to wait about 2 weeks before someone would come out to us, therefore we had to start fixing our own issues. I would say that this was the starting point of my desire to learn more about computers, both hardware and software related.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always do some research first about your issue before looking into hiring someone for the first time. This way you have some knowledge about it and it is easier to identify if someone is trying to take advantage of your pocket book or not. Also sometimes the computer issue can be resolved just as easily, saving you money in the end.
