I've been on one of Amber's plan's for a month now, and she has REALLY helped me. I'm on a slow and steady track to maintain my wieght loss. I've already lost 6lbs, and 1.5" in the 3 most important areas that i really needed to lose. I'm seeing the results, changing my habits, and glad to say that i KNOW this plan works, and that my weight WILL stay off. What i love about amber is, she honest, and very helpful. I'm very honest with her in return, it's not out of character for me to tell her if i had a lil slip up. She doesn't make me feel bad at all, and just focuses on the goal ahead. Not that it's "ok" to slip up, but it's normal. I feel really good,and have noticed not only changes in my weight, but my clothes are fitting differently, my attitude is different, and my whole body feels really good, and i def notice more energy. I could go on and on about amber, but in the short month i've been working with her, i have nothing but good things to say! Highly reccomend her to anyone!

I have been working with Amber for 10 Weeks now. In those 10 Weeks I have already lost 35 lbs. She personalized my meal plans, which were tailored specifically to me and my cooking experience:-) I have referred her to many of my colleagues and am extremely satisfied with my results as a result from writing with Amber.

I just started with Amber and the experience has been great so far! She is not just a nutrition couch but really tries to get to know you, so that she can better tailor to your needs. I am excited about this continuing process and would recommend her to anyone.

I requested a vegan cooking class as a gift for several of my friends. Amber consolidated all the food restrictions and preferences of my guests and developed a fabulous menu. She came fully prepared and provided enough interaction to keep all the ladies busy and engaged. She and her assistant were a delight and quite knowledgeable. They cleaned up before they left, I would highly recommend Amber.
