- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Home Staging: Our pricing is based on the square footage of the home, the number of rooms staged and potential list price . Every property is unique, so we provide custom quotes to ensure you’re only paying for what you need. Consultations and estimates are always complimentary. Interior Design: For design projects typically we charge a flat percentage fee on the total of the furnishings selected or project cost. You’ll receive detailed, itemized proposals for approval before any purchases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Home Staging: Depending on the client timeline. Photos, Videos and/or floor plan is shared with us for a tentative estimate. Upon walkthrough a staging agreement + Invoice are sent. once received staging is scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Home Staging (turnkey + fast) Discovery: Quick chat and/or walkthrough to confirm goals, timeline, and target buyer. Proposal: Staging agreement goes out with pricing, rental term and install date. Book & Prep: Invoice + Agreement received; we space-plan and pull curated inventory. Install Day: Full furniture delivery, styling, art/accessories—photo-ready the same day. Support & De-stage: Check-ins during the listing, easy renewals, coordinated pickup after closing. Interior Design (collaborative + curated) Consult: Style/needs assessment, budget, and scope. Design Concept: Mood boards, floor plans, and selections with a transparent estimate. Measure & Trade Day: Site measurements and contractor walk-through (as needed). Procurement & Management: Ordering, tracking, and trade coordination. Install & Reveal: Final styling, punch list, and post-project support.
