I bought my first rental property in Gilbert, Az. I am an out of state owner, and took recommendation from someone for a property manager, well I had a situation occur at the property that needed immediate attention from the property manager. Due to the incompetent manager that I hired, the situation was not resolved within reasonable amount of time, and I was going to be held liable. I needed a professional to step in and resolve this issue quickly, and i needed to then replace my property manager . Robert Mitchell was the manager I hired to get me out of the bind that I was in. He handled the situation as quickly as possible and has restored my confidence as a homeowner that I now have a manager that I can rely on to handle any issues professionally. Thank you Robert

Phone calls are answered, e-mails immediately responded to. Pro-active approach to issues regarding our property. Our former management company did not give us the attention we deserved for being a small HOA. Choice CAM makes everyone feel like they matter, no matter how small the account. Finally as a board member I know what is going on within my community. E-mail blasts are a very effective tool of communication with our homeowners.
