It was a simple DC jack repair on my laptop with an added keyboard replacement both due to water damage. He told me he changes $65 a hour and that it might take a hour to a hour and a half of work. Despite my procrastinating and keeping him waiting, he was patient. After I hired him, I gave him the parts and he called me back within two hours. The computer still wasn't working. He believed it was the power button, but I thought otherwise. He then proposed that he will buy the part and replace it and it wouldn't cost me anything if he was wrong. That was extremely fair, so agreed. Sadly, it didn't work and my laptop was still not working. The only other thing it could be was the motherboard which was $90 for the part and out of my price range. I'm going to have buy a new computer because my old one was too damaged. $65 was the final cost to me. I would definently hire him again.
