Chef Paul is originally from England and has been a Chef for over 20 years working around the world in cities such as London, Paris, Amsterdam, Bangkok, Dubai & Washington DC. He was lucky enough to be Michelin star trained by world renowned Chef Albert Roux so his attention to detail and use of fresh flavors and flavor profiles help all of his dishes stand out. Throughout his career he has worked in many Michelin starred restaurants including Le Gavrouche, London and Longueville Manor, in The Channel Islands. Other career highlights are being Executive Chef of the world-famous Yas Marina Formula 1 Circuit in Abu Dhabi, catering for the Dubai Rugby 7's and Race to Dubai Golf Championship, being the Chef for the American Ryder Cup team in 2002 and as a teacher/trainer at 'The Cooking School' for 3 years.

My partner and I had the pleasure of sharing a private dinner at our home, catered by Chef Paul. He created an intimate setting which was important to me, as we celebrated her birthday. Our meal was prepared from scratch and right before our eyes!!! Chef Paul was prompt in his arrival, preparation, and each segment of our meal. The food was absolutely AMAZING!!! He was very sociable, and even left me with some essential cooking tips. My partner and I are flattered to have had him in our personal space!!!!

I surprised my husband for our 1 year wedding anniversary with a private dinner by Chef Paul. We both loved the food so much that during our dinner started talking about the next time we would like him to come over. Everything was fresh, flavorful and overall a fantastic experience!

Our experience, (and that's what it was an experience!) was amazing with chef Paul! I asked chef Paul to be a part of my wife's birthday as we celebrated with our friends. Paul came in and took care of everything! The cooking, cleaning, helping set up, take down and the stories keeping everyone entertained throughout! I didn't have to lift a finger and I came off looking like a hero thanks to chef. Lastly, and most important the food was great! Many thanks to chef Paul, looking forward to you being a part of many get togethers in the future!
