Chef Paul is originally from England and has been a Chef for over 20 years working around the world in cities such as London, Paris, Amsterdam, Bangkok, Dubai & Washington DC. He was lucky enough to be Michelin star trained by world renowned Chef Albert Roux so his attention to detail and use of fresh flavors and flavor profiles help all of his dishes stand out. Throughout his career he has worked in many Michelin starred restaurants including Le Gavrouche, London and Longueville Manor, in The Channel Islands. Other career highlights are being Executive Chef of the world-famous Yas Marina Formula 1 Circuit in Abu Dhabi, catering for the Dubai Rugby 7's and Race to Dubai Golf Championship, being the Chef for the American Ryder Cup team in 2002 and as a teacher/trainer at 'The Cooking School' for 3 years. I surprised my husband for our 1 year wedding anniversary with a private dinner by Chef Paul. We both loved the food so much that during our dinner started talking about the next time we would like him to come over. Everything was fresh, flavorful and overall a fantastic experience!

Need a great creative and professional caterer for your event? We would recommend Chef Paul Kennedy and PK Kitchen for any catering event you may have. He is absolutely fabulous and a phenomenal chef! We met Chef Paul under sad circumstances for our family -- the death of our Mom. We needed to have a luncheon repast for after the services and found Chef Paul through the internet (Thumbtack). He submitted a response requesting more information and when we called and spoke to him, explaining what we needed, a caterer that could accommodate our last minute request for putting together a menu, preparing the food, that could take care of all the details so that we could attend to family and friends and not have to worry about anything relative to replenishment, cleanup etc., he came through for us with that and more! He promised he would have a menu to us for consideration the next day; he had it to us that evening. Once we reviewed and called him on questions, tweaks, etc., he was more than accommodating. He even offered us alternatives, including some dishes that could satisfy our vegetarian guests. Because this was not a planned event where we knew how many people would be there, we had a guesstimate, we asked if he could plan to have a little more just in case, understanding it would be an additional cost. He did! The day of the luncheon repast, he came in person along with and one of his staff, set up a very beautiful buffet table, ensured that things were replenished, cold kept cold, hot kept hot, as well as the drinks and dessert table and kept things cleaned up. At the end, he packaged up any leftovers for us to bring back to the house. We did not need to do anything! He understood our circumstances and what we were going through and he made it easier for us while providing us with top class tasty food and very professional services. We will definitely use him again for any catering needs that we have and strongly recommend him to anyone that is in need of catering services. He is superb! Vera D. and Sheila D.

Professional, timely service and delectable meals for our guests - you can't go wrong with PK's Kitchen. Elizabeth helped me from start to finish with proposals, to menu selection, logistics, and day-of coordination. What a treat to have the owner himself serve our guests as well! He prepared fresh omelets and french toast to order for a special breakfast portion of the event and my, were they delicious! Throughout our event, the staff at PK's Kitchen paid attention to every detail and were responsive and delightful to work with. Additionally, Elizabeth was highly flexible with my requests and budget. I couldn't ask for a smoother experience. Definitely give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
