FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees depend on your location, the time of day, if you are training by yourself or with a partner or if there is a fee for parking. That being said our prices range from $130.00 to $160.00 per hour session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to speak to Jill Lindberg the owner and retired nurse. She will gather all your health history to determine who is best suited to care for your needs. That information is then shared with your Exercise Physiologist who will then contact you for your first session. After meeting you and doing some testing, a custom built program is built just for you and your needs.
