I have only completed 1 training session with Sherry but she is an amazing coach. She pushed me to exactly where I needed to be. She was encouraging and made me feel very comfortable. I needed someone who could push me and she does that. She is very professional. She showed up on time and got my workout completed in the time I had available. I am so excited to get to my next session with her. She is really awesome and passionate about what she does. If your looking for someone who knows what she's doing and can get you where you want to be, she's the one you need to call.

Words cannot express how much faith in myself she restored in me! With only working with her for 3 days, I lost 4 pounds two inches off my waist and my hips, I've never had a trainer before so her being my first has been amazing! And I can't wait to workout again and again! I don't want to say she makes it fun lol but she does she really does! :) I can't wait to see what my scale says this Saturday! Thanks!! :)
