This company was on time and did a good job in terms of removing the old tile and replacing it, but they chose tiles that were a different shade so the end result looks very much like a patch. I wish they had gotten me more involved in either helping to pick a closer replacement or presented options to replace a larger section to make it look more of a seamless repair.
