One week ago My A/C and gas heater was installed by Heath Air, and I am very happy with their work. They were able to explain things and answered my questions. While Im terrible with names, the technician who came out was courteous, professional, and very friendlya fantastic representative for the company. I havent had the installation work done yet, but based on my interaction with him, I feel confident in the quality of their work.Communication throughout the process was excellent, from initial scheduling to onsite arrival, and the bid came in right in line with other estimates I received.My only minor issue was that their incoming calls kept getting flagged as "Spam" on my cell phone, causing it not to ring. I luckily caught the notifications on my screen, but it might be something for the company to look into with their carrier registry so future customers don't miss important updates. Overall, very pleased so far!"See more
