While Im terrible with names, the technician who came out was courteous, professional, and very friendlya fantastic representative for the company. I havent had the installation work done yet, but based on my interaction with him, I feel confident in the quality of their work.Communication throughout the process was excellent, from initial scheduling to onsite arrival, and the bid came in right in line with other estimates I received.My only minor issue was that their incoming calls kept getting flagged as "Spam" on my cell phone, causing it not to ring. I luckily caught the notifications on my screen, but it might be something for the company to look into with their carrier registry so future customers don't miss important updates. Overall, very pleased so far!"See more

I selected Ideal based on their reputation and lack of BBB complaints.They took extra care to ensure a quality installation, including:-- Filling the copper lines with nitrogen when brazing to prevent copper oxide inside the lines-- Running a new refrigerant line because the original line diameter was not to spec-- Upsizing the return register and the ducting in the attic to optimize efficiency.None of the other companies mentioned these factors in their quotes.Their three-man crew was in the house for 2 full days, always respectful and ready to explain everything they were doing. Everything under the attic access was covered, and everything was clean when they were done.I spent a lot of money on this upgrade, but the quote was in line with other companies, and the final installation is top-notch."See more

I had to pay for an expensive part, but do NOT feel like it was an inflated price. I am sure they made some profit margin off of it, but their service fee was low and they have to make money to keep their employees paid and to keep their business thriving.
