We have been trying to get our tank right for 2 years and within minutes Nick already had the problem diagnosed and a plan in place for us to solve it. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet in person or have a detailed conversation over the phone about the expectation or what the client is looking for. We go above and beyond to ensure our clients understand the process and we listen to their needs and wants.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education consists of being in the hobby for more then 25 years. I have learned many different ways to plumb a tank and have completed more tank projects for clients then I can count. I have stayed up on all the latest technology changes to the hobby and use nothing but the best products out there. I have attended several seminars on reef keeping and use everything I have learned with the clients I serve.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
This started out as a hobby back in early 2000 and I slowly grew this into a full time business. My passion and love for fish made me work hard to provide top level service to the clients we serve.
