Darron Weston made our wedding day spectacular! Very generous, flexible, and is an overall wonderful musician. He played at our wedding because of his love for music, and we both could see that as fact. The songs were wonderful too, and he was always willing to learn a song you requested for the day. He is highly recommended for weddings, or any other event that is planned. I had so many compliments from our guests and enjoyed the old school songs ourselves. He is prepared, and focused. Our day was perfect, and we have zero complaints of any kind. We will be spreading the word. Hire Darron Weston. Thanks again. -The Michels (Married 10/18/14)Oct 20, 2014Verified

Wow. All I can say is Wow. I created a life celebration for my husbands passing. He was an old soul. A cowboy soul. He wasn't much for funerals so we made this an upbeat service to honor his life and celebrate the dash. The dash is what you do between life and death. Darron was magnificent. His voice is country star status and he went way beyond my expectations. My husband would have loved him. He arrived very early and sang while we set up. This set the mood for the day and listening to our favorites songs that we shared for 30 was peaceful and pleasing to me Darron is a humble man that I now highly respect. He plays different places around town and at other events. Drop in and see him or hire him. Take you sweety for a date night and make some memories. In the end that is what is important. Darron made us some great memories last night. Thank you Darron and BarbaraAug 14, 2016Verified
Darron is one of a kind musician. He doesn't read music and plays by ear, unbelievable!!! He can play all kinds of music and even knows songs from old time unheard of groups like Goose Creek Symphony, my all time favorite band. He loves playing the guitar and is passionate musician. Darron played at my daughters' wedding making her wedding that much more special and romantic. He was there early to set up and had all his equipment including a generator which we actually ended up having to use for the wedding ceremony because the power went out right before it was suppose to start. Darron saved the day and made my daughters' wedding so special.Dec 11, 2014

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?$100 per hour with 3 hour minimum on Friday and Saturday can be negotiated depending on circumstances. If tipping is allowed is one consideration. If traveling outside of Metro/Phoenix travel/lodging costs will be applied. Daytime minimum is 1 hour Check my website for my calendar when I am available. My payment terms are cash due at time services are provided. Sorry, I do not accept personal checks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I engage the customer as to special requests. I try to play as many special requests songs as possible. The sooner I know of a special song that may not be in my current repertoire - the sooner I can start practicing. Unfortunately, I cannot garuntee that I can learn all special requests in a given time frame due to scheduling constraints.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I listen to music all the time. I also take requests from my audiences. Any song someone requests, that I don't know, I add to my list of songs to learn.
