- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are not fixed. They are determined individually based on the complexity of your request and the exceptional services we provide. There are added fees for the following: *Custom Composition services package add-on *New Song request *Rehearsal with vocals or other musicians *Overtime *Holiday Events (Christmas Eve & Day, Thanksgiving Day & Weekend, New Years Eve & Day, Easter Day)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The musicians at Element hold Bachelor and Master degrees in the performance of their instruments. Each musician has been auditioned and vetted for not only their quality of playing and experience in the music & wedding industry, but their professionalism, style, and workability.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Element has a wide range of clientele. We work with everyone! Celebrity artists, local AZ resorts and venues, DMCs, Wedding & Event Planners, and Entertainment Companies to name a few. We have completed many charity events in AZ including collaborations with the Dementia Care and Education Campus, XICO INC - Latin & Native American Arts Organization, Friendship Village, Huger Mercy Living Center, Sunshine Village Memory Care, and more. A large number of our events are Wedding Ceremonies & Cocktail hours.
