I had a few area rugs and carpeted stairs that needed a good cleaning. I hopped on the Thumbtack site, plugged in some info and got a call within 5-10 minutes from Nick. He was able to come same day, offered a price I was very happy with and did an excellent job cleaning the rugs/carpet! He very friendly, I appreciate the great customer service. Professional Carpet and Tile did a great job with cleaning a few of my home pieces. Rick was punctual, efficient and had great customer service. He through cleaned my inside and outside furniture pieces while giving me a lesson on carpet cleaning. I will definitely use this company again.
