We booked Chef Amber for an in-home chef experience for a bachelor party of 16 guys, and she absolutely delivered! From start to finish, she was responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful. She attended to every detail and made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire evening. The menu was perfect — fresh chips with salsa and guacamole, shrimp ceviche, elote corn, carne and chicken fajitas, and churros with chocolate dipping sauce. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The food was a huge hit with the entire group. What really stood out was how seamless Chef Amber made the whole experience. She and her sous chef handled all the prep, cooking, and even the clean-up, which let us enjoy the party stress-free. I can’t recommend her enough — professional, timely, respectful, and talented. Chef Amber and her team made our night unforgettable. 100% recommend!

If I could give more starts to Amber (Hermosa Catering), I would absolutely do so. She’s absolutely amazing with the work she does. I reached out to her to schedule a private chef experience (dinner) to celebrate my birthday. She had a dinner special going on and I decided to take advantage of it. My husband and I were looking to do something different for my birthday, especially since we have a toddler (2 year-old, to be exact). We know going to restaurants with a little one can be challenging so I didn’t hesitate to reach out to Amber (Hermosa Catering) and hire her services. And, oh my goodness, am I glad I did. She gave us the experience of a fancy restaurant at the comfort of our own home. The food she made us was so tasty. She explained what every dish was and what ingredients it had. Dinner was served at 5 and she arrived 3 hours prior to prepare it. She was professional and courteous at all times. And she did the cleanup after. What else could I have asked for? A clean kitchen for the win. It was a great experience. Again, the food was amazing and we had plenty of left over food. We will definitely hire her again for another special occasion. Currently Amber has been meal prepping for me once a week. I have a busy schedule and do not like eating out so it’s been very helpful having Amber cook delicious meals for me. She always goes above and beyond and you can see how she genuinely cares about her product and how it’s presented, packaged and how it tastes. I’m a very picky eater and I thank her for her patience with me and my requests. Every meal is well packaged, and you’re never left hungry as she always makes sure to leave enough for seconds.
