I was told I needed a new Fan Motor by other AC "Professionals" that came out and looked at it. Francisco gave me a fair online price to replace the motor. When he came out and looked at the unit, he immediately knew there was nothing wrong with the fan motor. He did some tests and found the capacitor was not working and he replaced that. He saved me a lot of money. I appreciate honesty.

This company recently replaced an air con motor. The work was completed timely and at a reasonable cost. The tech was very knowledgeable & personable and explained the required repairs as well as gave ideas of considerations for the future. Will definitely use them again. Suggested improvement: Ensure invoices/receipt and warranty documentation are provided to the client at the time of payment. I have yet to receive mine even though the work was completed two weeks ago.

They did an outstanding job on my ac. They showed up 15 mins early and immediately discussed what it was I needed. I had routine maintenance done on my split unit hvac system and they did a great job. They explained how I should run my system to minimize any issues and the price was absolutely fair. 10/10, I will absolutely use them again!!
