I called Don because another HVAC company gave me a ridiculous quote to change a gas valve in my heater. Don was able to quote me right away rather than wait to see it. He came out the next mor ing with the part, and didn't just repair the broken gas valve, he found the root cause which wasn't easy. I doubt the previous HVAC would have found it because Don had to go to my roof to find the source of the problem. He came in at a very reasonable price too. I highly recommend him.

Communication and commitment to their word and customers leaves a lot to be desired. I texted personally with Francisco for a week, who I booked an appointment with, and he was a no show. He gave me a fair excuse, and promised multiple days thereafter that he would pop by to look at our HVAC unit, but he never showed again even with follow-ups.

Ken was a life saver! we had a previous HVAC company come and do a diagnostic on our heatpump on the roof of our business, in which they informed us the unit was junk, and he wanted 6000.00 to install a new one. their service tech was; pardon my language, but he was nothing but an ASS! Love these guys! I was really sorry that they didn't have the HVAC system that I was looking for because they were so great and came to evaluate my home on a Saturday night, and then my neighbor needed something and they came back on Sunday morning to help. I mean, who does that??? I ended up getting a killer deal on a Bosch only to find out later they could have quoted me on it also, but by then it was too late. Calvin was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond my expectations. If you want phenomenal service, go with Axis Air!
