Lorena and her associate arrived on time and after discussing the immediate cleaning issues went promptly to work.They spent slightly over 2 hours during which they accomplished all their assigned goals. We have signed them to a long-contract for monthly cleaning services based on their performance.

I actually hired this company twice. The first time was to de-clutter an office that had been used over the years mostly for storage. They did such a fabulous job (in such a short time!), when I needed this service again (shortly thereafter) I was confident in their ability to assist with de-cluttering 2 additional rooms. Melissa and Trish are absolutely fantastic. We had them come do a deep clean of our apartment (which definitely needed it to put it lightly). They did both the bathrooms, vacuumed the whole apartment, dusted, cleaned the kitchen, living room, etc. Not only did they "clean", they made our apartment spotless. The amount of detail these ladies put into cleaning is unreal. We noticed little touches after they left. Some examples, the microwave was cleaned, all the dishes were cleaned and put away, any clutter in any areas were organized (books even positioned in a detailed way on our table). They were on time, easy to communicate with (through text even), trustworthy and you CANNOT beat the price. They are not just "cleaning ladies", they are personable,sweet and love their jobs (and it shows.) Melissa even offered to do my laundry (WOW!) They blew my expectations out of the water and I will definitely continue using their service and recommend them to anyone that asks! You would be crazy not to use these ladies for any type of cleaning service. You won't be disappointed!
Meghan did a fantastic job in helping make my move not just pain free, but actually enjoyable. I was at work when the movers arrived, so Meghan handled the entire process from making sure they knew how to get into the building, to supervising them bringing everything in and then unpacking and organizing. She kept me up to date as things were going so I could continue with my day, stress free. When I got home from work, I was amazed to find that ALL of the boxes were already gone (I hate boxes). Additionally not only was all of the furniture where we had discussed putting it, but she had also arranged some of my pictures and other "design" elements in really attractive / creative ways. Over the weekend she then set out various projects that she worked with me on (e.g. presenting options on how to arrange my clothes and shoes in my closets). She also provided a good friendly challenge to me on narrowing down some of my items (e.g. my scarf collection) that were just adding clutter and that I wouldn't need since I was no longer living in London! By the end of the weekend my apartment had totally transformed from a bunch of empty rooms into a home. I'm happy to report that over a year later I've been able to keep the organization.

My wife and I moved into our home 10 years ago coming from apartment life. After having two kids and 10 years worth of accumulating stuff, our home was a mess- nothing had a 'place' and things were cluttered everywhere. It was so overwhelming that we didn't know where to even start to get it together. Kirsten came in and created a planned and phased process to get it completed. We literally took each room apart one at a time, removed the items we didn't need, and reassembled the rooms in an organized and ergonomical fashion. Her knowledge of organization and storage systems was an invaluable help. She is knowledgeable, action-oriented, organized (obviously), and has an incredible amount of endurance and patience to handle any task. She took the time to explain the organization of the kids' rooms to them in a way that was easy for them to understand, and let them help in the organizing process, which really made them feel good. I would absolutely 100% recommend Kirsten to anyone who needs better organization in their home or help with de-cluttering. The service she provided was well above and beyond what I would have ever expected her to do, including taking items to Goodwill, buying the storage items herself, and even coordinating the sale of some items that had any value. I am standing in a clean and organized home again thanks to Kirsten, and it would not have happened without her knowledge, help and guidance. She is a great person to work with. I look forward to working with her again in the future for home staging services for some of my real estate clients.
We've hired Andrea Brundage twice to get us organized. The first was in our home office when we found ourselves drowning in clutter. And then when we made our business a fulltime venture, Andrea came back and got us set up to successfully launch. I've also hired her to speak to corporate teams about how to get ahead of the backlog of emails and files. I highly recommend Andrea. She will change your thinking about why and what you keep.
Whether it’s a restaurant I’m thinking of visiting or I’m in need of a plumber, I rely heavily on reviews. When I received bids for my organizing project, several Thumbtack providers had quite a few more reviews than Mandy. Not better, just more of them. I wondered if I should go with the provider who appeared to have done more jobs than Mandy had. In the end, it all came down to communication. To those who responded to my request, I sent a pretty detailed description of what I needed, which included some unusual circumstances. Mandy’s reply was remarkably in tune and on point. She addressed my concerns and spoke to having met this type of challenge before. In other words, I spoke. She listened. She responded. Seems simple, but the other responses I got were more one-sided and didn’t give me the sense that they had heard me. Several didn’t address the unusual circumstance at all, merely promised me they could do the job and what hours they were available. When it came time to have her to the house to tackle the project, it was evident she was a perfect fit. She was motivating without being pushy. She was respectful, asking for permission before peering into my storage spaces. Mandy completely understands that while organizing totally rocks her world, it is overwhelming and a source of anxiety for people like me. If I needed a break, she sensed it, and while I might need to walk away, she kept right on working. Even though there is still much to do (I have her scheduled for several more visits), after her first visit, she left things tidy and looking more done than they are, so that in the week in between visits I won’t feel overwhelmed by a mess or clutter. In short: she’s a delight. She's professional, made me feel instantly comfortable, and actually looking forward to the next round of organizing. That in itself it nothing short of magical!! I could not recommend Mandy more highly.
Taylor is AMAZING. I left her alone to do a huge project (i just moved into a new condo) and came back to a perfectly organized, clutter-free home!!! her attention to detail is phenomenal! Will definitely hire her again for projects in the future!
Kat did an amazing job. My kitchen was cluttered and my pantry was a disaster. Now my shelves are organized and I can find all the ingredients I need. My cupboards are sorted and gadgets I never used are gone. Kat really helped me know what I should keep and what I should get rid of. She responded with in minutes. She was able to fit me in at the last minute. which actually meant she was going to be working well into the night. She saved me from eviction I was drowning in clutter. She asked questions about what I felt my problem area was.
