I hired these ladies for a move-out cleaning. While I appreciate the work that was completed, several services I specifically requested were left unfinished, including cleaning the microwave, freezer, and oven.
I also reduced the original workload from three bedrooms to two, with the second bedroom already being exceptionally clean and primarily requiring attention to the floors and walls. Unfortunately, when moving the beds, I discovered that the floors underneath had not been properly swept or mopped. The laundry room was also not thoroughly cleaned.
I provided an additional $40 tip to show my appreciation and support for the business. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to discover that several areas still needed attention after the cleaning was completed.
The owner acknowledged that some things were missed. Overall, I appreciate their efforts, but the service did not fully meet my expectations.

We Value you're opinion and concerns about the work that was done for you.We take before and after pictures of all of our work. Due to you stopping us prior to finishing our job we were unable to completely perform our duties. Anything that was untouched or unfinished was due to you having us stop our duties before we were completely finished. because you said it was good
