Shaina was great. She showed up on time and prepared. Shaina was friendly and happy to meet us and our dog, Buddy. This was our first time with an in home groomer, and she was happy to educate us on the process. We will certainly continue to schedule with her for Buddy's grooming needs.

We have elderly dog who suffers from extreme anxiety and panic attacks when groomed. She is a rescue and has always been a little difficult with groomers near her face but as she has aged she has become almost ungroomable. My last groomer told me the only way I would be able to groom her was to take her to a vet. As a last attempt before vet grooming- I found Paws R Us in home grooming and thought I’d give it a try. Katryna was excellent with her and didn’t push her beyond her threshold of stress. I was able to hold our Princess and help to try to calm her down. Katryna was able to get around her face and also remove the horrible mat on her neck. It wasn’t an easy groom and Katryna remained calm, caring and professional throughout the entire experience.

Holly really liked the Groomer, Kelly, she was on time, friendly, professional and my dog, Holly really liked her and just let her do whatever she wanted to do, Kelly did a great job and answered my questions and I learned things about dogs and their hair that I didn't know, she was pleasant and she did a great grooming job on Holly. It was so nice to have someone come to my house because I can't get out and take her somewhere, I always have to have a neighbor help me, this is so much better. This was my first time to do this and it was great and very relaxing for my dog, Holly. Thank you Kelly for the wonderful way you treated and loved Holly, you are awesome.

Shina was very nice and very good with my dog. I told Jayme my dog does not like her nails clipped. She's 14 so I was very nervous. Shina used the Dremel and my dog barely noticed what was going on. She did such a great job that now she sneaks up on me because I can't hear the click, click, click of her nails on my tile floor. Thanks!
