Trevor responded to my request within minutes and accommodated my schedule perfectly. The day of the vent cleaning, he called and messaged ahead to give me plenty of time to be prepared. He arrived on time. After doing a walk through of my hime, he quoted me 2 hours to do the cleaning, and that's exactly how long it took. He was very considerate of my time, and that helped me plan my day well. He and his team were very polite and professional, and they worked efficiently and were well coordinated. They took before and after pictures, which helped me see the improvement and value of the cleaning. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was to my satisfaction before they left. I'm very happy with Trevor's service and will definitely hire him again for further vent cleaning.
